Arti Pandey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Home Science at Ram Sevak Singh Mahila College, Dumra, Sitamarhi. She holds a Master's degree in Foods and Nutrition from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology Pantnagar, Uttarakhand, and a Bachelor's degree in Home Science from Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Faizabad. Arti Pandey's academic journey has been marked by excellence, consistently achieving First Division in her educational endeavors.

She has demonstrated her commitment to academic and research excellence by qualifying the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test with Junior Research Fellowship. Her research interests lie in the development of functional foods and antioxidant-rich beverages, as evidenced by her master's thesis titled "Development and Quality Evaluation of Antioxidant Rich Carrot-Aonla Beverage."

Arti Pandey's contributions to the field of nutrition and food science have been recognized through various awards and honors. She has received prestigious accolades such as the Young Scientist Award by the Society of Fisheries and Life Sciences and the Junior Young Scientist Award by the Society of Biological Sciences and Rural Development. Her academic achievements include securing the 1st All India Rank in ICAR- JRF and being awarded the Chancellor Gold Medal in B.Sc. Home Science.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Arti Pandey is an active member of several scientific societies, including the Society of Biological Sciences and Rural Development, the Society of Fisheries and Life Sciences, and the Indian Science Congress Association. Her involvement in these organizations reflects her dedication to fostering collaborative research and knowledge dissemination in her field.
